I am involved with the Nosara Property Alliance in an effort to help coordinate the relationships between sellers and agents. My role in this is as a non Agent and as a conduit for my community to help people who have requested that I contribute my resources to make these sales possible without the use of typical real estate agencies. Jades Realty is a mechanism to coordinate For Sale by Owner relationships. Sales are handled by Buyer and Seller representation, attorneys or other methods as preferred by the parties involved. I am not a Real Estate Agent and do not act in a role that portrays me as an agent. My work is in the development of the websites, mechanisms, promotions, and other channels to help bring buyers to sellers.
